These terms govern your use of entelechysecurity.com. They do not govern consulting work: any engagement is covered by a separate written agreement signed before work begins. Entelechy Security, Inc. is a one-person practice operated by Coco Bloom.

1. Informational purpose only

The content on this site describes services and professional background. It is general information, not legal, regulatory, audit, or security advice for your specific circumstances, and reading it does not create a consultant–client relationship. Do not act on it as though it were tailored guidance.

2. No compliance or certification guarantee

Readiness and advisory work improves your position for an assessment. It cannot guarantee an audit result, a certification, or a regulator’s conclusion — those determinations belong to your auditor, certification body, or regulator. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise of a particular outcome.

3. Projects in development

The Projects page describes software under active development, including Veritas. Those projects are not generally available, are not offered for sale or licence through this site, and are not represented as certified or formally compliant with any framework. Descriptions may change or be discontinued.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, scrape it at a volume that degrades availability, or use any contact channel to send unsolicited commercial messages or unlawful content. Submissions that appear automated may be discarded.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design, and visual system of this site are owned by Entelechy Security. You may quote or link to the content with attribution. Reproducing substantial portions, or presenting the content as your own, is not permitted. Third-party names such as framework titles or platform names are the property of their respective owners and appear here for description only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

6. Availability and links

The site is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. It may link to third-party resources that I do not control and am not responsible for.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Entelechy Security is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for consulting work is addressed in the engagement agreement, not here.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The specific venue for any dispute, and whether a formal dispute-resolution or arbitration clause applies, are being confirmed and will be stated here.
